Delete your Twellie account.
Sign in to submit a verified deletion request. You can also start the same process in the Twellie app under Account → Delete account.
What will be deleted
- Your authentication account and profile.
- Your saved property requests, reports, generated files, and associated personal data.
- Your stored consent and account activity records, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.
Deletion is scheduled after a verified request and completed no later than 30 days afterward. You may cancel while the request is pending by signing in and using the cancellation control in the app.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@twellie.com from the address on your account. We will verify ownership before acting.
